Lisa Paine grew up in the Phoenix area and attended college at the University of Arizona in Tucson. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2000 with a degree in Management Information Systems. After working in the software and financial sectors, Lisa went on to attend the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was a member of Law Review and graduated cum laude in 2007.

After receiving her J.D., Lisa practiced immigration law in San Francisco before moving with her family back to Phoenix in 2009. She worked part-time as an attorney, and full-time as a mother for several years while her children were in their youngest years. Lisa served as in-house staff attorney to a local business for four years during this time. In 2013, she opened her own practice, The Law Office of Lisa M. Paine, PLLC, which focuses on estate planning, probate, and small business services.

Lisa is a founding board member of the Early Education Cooperative Preschool (EECP), a local non-profit preschool. Prior to the formation of the EECP, Lisa was actively involved with the preschool’s predecessor organization – serving as co-chair of the parent committee for two terms, finance chair for one term.

Lisa currently resides in Phoenix with her husband, Vito, their two children, Kaleb and Lila, and their cat, Sweetest Ripper Pouncer Bell Paine.
